Several years ago, I was struggling…I was exhausted, foggy and gaining weight every year no matter what I did.

I felt like a BLOB. I couldn't focus. I felt like a stranger in my own body.

I was eating 'healthy' and exercising but it didn't make any difference at all.

Through trial and error and a little bit of serendipity, I discovered that I had an issue with my blood sugar, and my body wasn't metabolizing food in a way that fueled my body for energy and vitality.

Once I figured out how to eat in a way that supported my over-35 body, and discovered the strategies that I needed to manage stress, I felt like a new and better version of me!

I was so thrilled to feel so good again!

I had all-day energy, a clearer mind and my clothes started to fit better too!

I felt vibrant and sexy again... and then I started to feel so empowered... like I could do anything! Things like...
